Our corporate job or entrepreneurial journey filled with 24*7 hours time of our daily life where we are unable to find time for ourselves to go the gym or to do any physical activity which make ourselves fit and healthy. 1. Start your day with some freehand exercise –
Always start your day with a smile on your face and start with yoga and stretching of your body. You can also do meditation and take deep breaths for a few seconds. These things can make your mind and body more comfortable and hustle free throughout the day.


2. Try to walk whenever possible –
Always prefer to walk whenever its possible. Small tasks like serving food, when cleaning the utensils, to buy something from nearest market and most preferably try to avoid lifts and make yourself habituated with staircase. These small habits can make a huge difference in your lifestyle which take you one step forward to stay healthy and fit.

3. Try to use cycle most of the time –
I know its hard to do cycling most of the time but hard things makes you fit and healthy. If you have no any emergency and have a lot of time in your hand so always try to start your journey with your cycle which help you to stay fit and keep away fat from your body. Cycling also boosts your metabolism and increase the strength of your immune system and also improves your heart health.

4. Keep yourself hydrated –
Drinking enough water and keep yourself hydrated are most essential part to stay healthy. We have to consume at 2-3 litres water a day to keep your body healthy. Waters helps to flush out all toxins from your body which help your body to keep balanced.

5. Add healthy diet in your daily routine –
If you are doing exercise everyday and not taking care of your diet so it would be worthless and you will feel tired even you will feel your muscle loss. In workout or fitness scenario 70% is diet and 30% is workout so you cant neglect it. In order to attain your fitness goals, intake of diet rich in essential vitamins and minerals with the right combination of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, etc. is important. The golden rule is to have 5-6 small meals in a day and never skip breakfast.

6. Take proper rest –
Taking a proper rest is very vital for our body which leads to increase mental health, increase concentration and memory, a healthier immune system, reduce stress, improve mood and boost a better metabolism and helps the body to recover its muscles and growth. Try to sleep at least 7-8 hours per day for a better result.
